Pops concert by the National Unity Orchestra and the Brothers two

View(s):

The National Unity Orchestra will join the DLB Squared Band and the De Lanerolle Brothers who need no introduction, for a Pops Concert at the BMICH on September 2.

The show is directed by Shobi Perera for the fifth year in succession. This year the spotlight falls on the National Unity Orchestra- the brainchild of Rohan and Ishan who have sought to bring together young players from different walks of life so that they can unite and express themselves through their common language of music.

Interestingly the orchestra has no conductor and this will be a first for them-  performing in a non-stop 90 minute show.

The Brothers are known for their strict adherence to time and the 1 hour 30 minute show begins at 7.30 p.m.

Tickets are now on sale. For more details please call the Brothers’ hotline – 0777996991.
