PBSS’s One ERP solution for ORCL
View(s):Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC (ORCL) has joined hands with PBSS Group as the implementation partner for SAP Business One ERP.
ORCL’s first real estate development in Sri Lanka was the iconic World Trade Centre (WTC), Colombo. WTC comprises two office towers of 37 floors each, with approximately 700,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space.
Havelock City, one of the largest mixed use real estate developments in Sri Lanka consists of a residential and a commercial component.
Construction of Phase 3 of this development is almost completed and Phase 4 is 50 per cent completed. The Havelock City Commercial Development which compromises a 50 storied office tower and a 6 storied shopping mall being built to international standards is planned to be completed by mid-2021, PBSS said in a media release.
