View(s):Colombo City Restaurants came together earlier this month to launch the Colombo City Restaurant Collective at The Stables at Park Street Mews complex.
The CCRC hopes to be a knowledge hub within the F& B Industry and plans to assist restaurant owners and expand the membership while working with the relevant government authorities.
On the Executive Committee are well known restaurateurs, chef Gerard Mendis, Harpo Gooneratne, Dharshan Munidasa , Amrita De Saram, Kaleel Muzammil, Dinesh Wijesinghe, Saurabh Udeshi and Hisham Cader.
