Seylan Bank offers Cheque Deposit Kiosks
View(s):Seylan Bank has become the first bank to introduce a network of 26 fully automated Cheque Deposit Kiosks (CDK) in Sri Lanka.
The bank now offers their customers the convenience of depositing cheques 24/7 through its island-wide Cheque Deposit Kiosk facility, Seylan said in a media release.
Commenting on this initiative, Head of Digital Banking, Seylan Bank, Chaminda Senewiratne, said: “At Seylan Bank, we are committed to placing customer service at the heart of customer experience. Through our fully automated island wide Cheque Deposit Kiosks network, both our retail and corporate customers can deposit cheques issued by Seylan Bank and other banks at any time of the day, thereby eliminating the hassle of waiting at counters. We will continue to expand our fully automated cheque deposit network to target a wider audience in the country, empowering customers to satisfy their banking needs through our network of digitally inclined banking solutions”
The Cheque Deposit Kiosks offer trilingual support, ensuring ease of access. Customers can simply deposit cheques by entering the account number, to ensure the highest level of security and validation and can obtain a printed receipt of the transaction.
