A play to promote theatre among children
“Rassa saha Parassa”
View(s): Two shows of ‘Rassa Parassa’ theatrical direction scripted by Rohana Dandeniya and directed by Sriyantha Mendis will be staged in Kadawatha and Colombo.
The play, a prescribed text for Grade 8 Sinhala syllabus will be staged at 8.15 am and 10.45 am on Monday, October 21 at K. C. P Hall in Kadawatha and on October 30 at the same time at Tower Hall theatre in Colombo 10.
The play features Kusum Renu, Jayanath Bandara, Pradeep Aragama, Mahendra Weeraratne, and Sriyantha himself in the cast and the shows are organised by Jude Srimal.
