Royalist Dinura win bronze at Kata

Royalist P.K. Dinura R.P. Gunatilake participated in the “Indo-Sri Lanka Open Karate Championship” held on 6th October 2019 at the University of Colombo Sri Lanka. He was awarded a Bronze Medal in Kata in 8th, 7th KYU – 10 years Boys’ event. He was also awarded a Bronze medal in Kumite in 8th, 7th KYU – 10 years Boys’ event.
The Sri Lanka Goju-kai Karate Association (SLGKA) is affiliated to the International Karate-Do Goju-Kai Association in Japan. The SLGKA is also recognized by the Sri Lanka Karate Federation (National Body) under the Ministry of Sports and the Sri Lanka school Karate-Do Association. (approved by the Ministry of Education)
The event was well attended by well-known figures in the Karate circles, including Shihan H.M. Sisirakumara, Chief Instructor SLGKA and K.C. Shinan chief Instructor Ichyou –Kai of India.
