Political comedy goes on boards
‘Balloth Ekka Behe 2’
View(s): Following the immense success of its first installment under the same title, Ravindra Ariyarante’s theatrical production ‘Balloth Ekka Behe 2’ will go on the boards at 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm on November 24 at Town Hall auditorium in Kuliyapitiya.
Gihan Fernando, Kumara Thirimadura, Chamila Peiris, Sarath Karunaratne, Chinthaka Peiris, Susanga Kahandawala Arachchi and Ravindra Ariyaratne starred in the play.
Behind the screen, music direction is by well-known musician Anthony Surendra, costume design by Gihan Fernando, make up by Wasanth Vittachchi, stage setting is by Luvellyn Vanderwall, lighting and sound designing are by Mihindu Madhushanka and stage management is by Sumedha Prasanna.
The play is produced by Jude Srimal.
