Heshan Flexie rout Morrison
View(s):Heshan Flexie Packaging scored an easy seven wicket win with 30.2 overs to spare over Morrison PLC in the MCA ‘C’ Division 50 Over KO cricket Tournament match at the MCA grounds while Commercial Bank scored a four wicket victory over Pan Asia Bank at Dombagoda SLAOC cricket grounds yesterday.
In the MCA ‘D’ Division 40 Over League Tournament 2020 Melwire Rolling defeated Delmege Forsyth by three wickets at Army Grounds Panagoda yesterday and in the other match of the same tournament played at Bandaranayake College Grounds, Veyangoda National Development Bank (NDB) defeated Central Finance Co. by six wickets.
A fine spell of bowling by Achila Ilanga (5 for 34) spearheaded in the Melwire Rolling victory while a polished knock of 80 runs by Charuka Raveen guided NDB in their victory.
