“ATHWELA”, Career Counselling Programme entails the participating students to undergo an orientation programme to identify dynamic abilities and traits. On arrival, students would initially undergo a psychometric test followed by one-on-one sessions with high caLibre career counsellors to comprehend of inherent personality traits, emotional intelligence, cognitive abilities and skills required to develop a solid career profile which is expected by organisations. This new approach upgrades the event to be the most focused and trusted Career Counselling Programme for the student community of the nation.
“ATHWELA” surges to its gateway, media briefing on the programme concluded recently on 28t of’ February 2020 at BMICH —Orchid Committee Room and the inaugural programme will be held on 29th March 2020 at Mihilaka Madhura Canopy hall from 9 am to 4 pm. The programme will be repeated on the last Sunday of each quarter.
“ATHWELA” lays claim to the most comprehensive career counselling workshop in the island answering to a national cause of guiding the youth towards the career options available in the market. The primary objectives of this ambitious, innovative programme are,
