When asked why he joined ANC and decided to forgo his A/levels and his senior years at Royal College he had this to say “Playing for my school was an amazing experience and I would have achieved a lot as a senior rugby player. However, I took a bold step that is more valuable for my career, which is to start my degree after my O/Levels and transfer to a top university in Canada. I chose ANC as it came highly recommended by my friend who transferred from ANC to University of Toronto and is doing really well. I was also very happy with the options I was given by ANC at the time of registration. My counselor provided a clear study pathway and career choices. Currently I am maximizing my time by completing my spring 2020 first semester at ANC via the Online Teaching Platform. It is really effective and serves the purpose during these uncertain times. My decision to start my degree after O/levels is already paying off, and I am convinced this is the right path to achieve my goals and transfer to Canada to pursue a career in Business Management”.

Sanuja performed both his academics, sports and extracurricular activities exceptionally well. When asked why he joined ANC after O/Levels he had this to say “Going to U.S is my dream, I really like their culture and friendly people and most importantly U.S accepts O/Levels as the entry criteria into university. I can study two years of my degree at ANC and complete the balance in U.S in any university of my choice. This offers a huge advantage as I am planning to also do my Master’s in U.S with the ambition for a chance to work for a Silicon Valley blue chip company such as Google, Microsoft or Apple. This kind of opportunity is only possible in the U.S. Although taking the decision to forgo my A/levels was a tough one my parents encouraged me as they understood the need to act decisively and timely. Today I am enrolled at ANC for spring 2020 and its really great. I am able to continue with my 1st semester degree coursework via the online platform at ANC without any delay despite the challenges in the external environment due to covid-19. | |
