Students of Asian International School secure full scholarships
View(s):Four students of the Graduating Class of 2020 at Asian International School have secured 100% scholarships to several prestigious global universities.
The Head Girl of Asian International School, Shayalina Muthumudalige has secured a full scholarship to the prestigious New York University in Abu Dhabi (NYU Abu Dhabi). Shayalina who was also the Choir leader of AIS hopes to pursue Liberal Arts at this new campus of New York University.
Head Boy Vidhaan Chand has been offered a generous full scholarship by Tokyo International University (TIU). Vidhaan intends pursuing his Undergraduate studies in International Relations and Economics, following his interest in Debating and Diplomacy.
Oshea Reddy has secured a full scholarship to the prestigious Yale – NUS Program at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Oshea has many achievements to her credit including a World Prize for History at IGCSE and several accolades at Model United Nations conferences. Oshea will pursue her dream of Liberal Arts Education of the highly acclaimed Yale – NUS Program.
Hasan Anis has also secured a fully funded scholarship to Tokyo International University (TIU), thus, enabling him to pursue his studies in Business and Finance.
These students have all had their entire Primary and Secondary education at AIS. They have not only excelled in academics but have engaged in several extra-curricular activities which have enabled them to become well-rounded individuals. It is a testimony to the holistic education provided by AIS which helped them gain acceptance to the best universities of the world and also graduate as young Ladies and Gentlemen.
