View(s):Gardening
Gardening is one of the most famous hobbies in the world. Gardening is helpful for our health. It is very good for our body and mind. If we do some gardening, our mind will be relaxed and our brain will also work and move fast. I think that everyone should do some gardening and improve their lives.

The wild animal that I like best
The wild animal that I like best is the cheetah. It can run fast. It has long legs. It’s a carnivorous animal. It is the fastest animal on earth. The cheetah lives in African forests. It is found in Sri Lanka’s zoo also.
It is yellow in colour with black dots on its skin. Cheetahs belong to the Cat Family. Cheetahs live in a group. It has a long tail. It eats rabbits, pigs, cows, deer, mice and birds. It has sharp teeth to eat meat. Sometimes it can climb trees. And sometimes it can be very dangerous.
Cheetah is a large cat. It can run
100 – 120 km/hr. It lives in India also.
Its scientific name is Acinonyx jubatus.
Its height is about 70 – 90 cm.
I like to watch films about cheetahs on the internet. Sometimes I go to the zoo in Dehiwala and watch cheetahs in their cage.

My father
Father is the person who provides us money for success in our future. There are various songs written to show the value of fathers. But the bad society at present has ignored the value of fathers. We can see lots of fathers spending their time in ‘Homes for Aged’. Is this right? No. We must safeguard them till they leave this life.
I promise that I won’t put my father
in a ‘home for aged’.
My father’s name is Kapila Wedagedara. He is 50 years old. He works in a finance company, in Anuradhapura. He comes home once a week. But there is no difference in his love for me. He likes to eat hoppers and he likes to drink milk.
I will safeguard my father when he is older. I love my father very much.

My father is really hard working to give us everything we need in our lives. He is so beautiful and enjoyable. He has given us a nice house and we always have food on the table. My father takes us on so many trips. We have a very nice time as he makes the trips exciting and lots of fun. We all love him so much.
My father would do anything to keep us safe and protected and that is why my father is my hero.
