The Rainbow Institute of Communication and English has successfully launched new programmes for the new normal. These programmes are designed to continue Rainbow Institute’s mission to empower children, youth and adults with communication skills.
Rainbow Institute training adhering to internationally endorsed benchmarks is distinctive in that it is offered with Sri Lankan warmth and hospitality and adapted to meet the needs of Sri Lankans.

PERSONAL ATTENTION
WE have tried and tested online training and added it to our delivery mechanisms. We also continue our class room based training adhering to Covid 19 prevention guidelines.
For both our physical training in the class room and our online training, Rainbow Institute is using the latest interactive and participatory methodology, to ensure that the learning experience is enjoyable and impactful.

The courses cater to children, youth and adults with diverse levels in communication and English skills.
WE are currently enrolling students for the following small group classes: Public Speaking and Presentation skills for Adults, Business English, Communication Skills for Youth (personality development, leadership, public speaking and professional writing ) and Skills for excellence for kids in new normal.
CORPORATE TRAINING
We also carry out training for groups of employees in organisations. This training is designed in collaboration with training departments to meet specific needs of organisations and meet training objectives.
FOR CONVENIENCE OF CLIENT
For those who opt for individual training on a one to one basis, a personal instructor will work closely with the student and conduct training according to times suited to client.
