This has led her to release a 32-page book titled AN ENGINEER LIKE ME with inventive illustrations by Finland’s well know Illustrator Nadja Sarell.
The book features a compelling story to introduce young readers to engineering. The child reader will go on an adventure with a girl named Zara as she travels around the city with her grandmother. Together, they will marvel about how things work and who created them. With an empowering story and combined with informative illustrations the book introduces children to creative thinking and problem-solving.
In Shini’s book, Zara learns about some of the brilliant engineers who have shaped the world around her. This with pages encouraging to try out their very own engineering experiments such as the construction of the perfect paper aeroplane and safely dropping an egg from a height. This brilliant picture book will stimulate the curiosity of children to revel in the world of science and engineering when they grow up.
