State-to-States Transfer Programme
Sri Lankan students who are studying for the 2+2 American Transfer Programmes offered at various higher educational institutions in Sri Lanka are finding it difficult to secure a US student visa. Therefore, due to the prevailing US Student visa restrictions, after completing the 2-years of study in Sri Lanka, students get stranded without a degree completion option as particular major study areas are not being offered in the private higher education system in Sri Lanka. This has resulted in a waste of time and money invested by the students and their parents.
In order to ensure a degree completion assurance, for the first time in Sri Lanka, AIC Campus is facilitating the State to States American Transfer Programme in partnership with two European and two American State Universities with an assurance of completing an undergraduate degree.
Students can complete 2-years of their course work at one of the top European Universities, respectively Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) and/or Grodno State University YankaKupala (YKSUG) and transfer to one of the two American State Universities respectively California State University – Sacramento (CSUS) or University of Wisconsin – Parkside (UWP) to complete remaining 2-years of study with an exclusive pool of major areas.

Upon the completion of the first two years at BNTU, students then, Engineering students can transfer to the state-of-the-art ESIGELEC Graduate School of Engineering, Rouen, France where they spend 3-years of study in one of the 15 unique major areas including 10 months embedded paid internship at a reputed French and/or European company, where upon completion of three years they obtain the globally renowned French MSc in Engineering with their chosen major of specialization in addition to their 2-year post-work permit.
