Saneshi wins a double at Tamil Union Tennis

Saneshi Willorarachchi of Musaeus College won the Girls’ Under-14 age group championship of the Tamil Union Tennis Tournament 2020 held at Tamil Union Tennis Courts in Colombo.
Saneshi beat Senulya Wijayawardane 2-0 (6/4, 6/3) in straight sets in the final to become the champion, after recording a similar straight win against Anitra Dharmarathne (6/4, 6/4) in the semi-final.
She comfortably beat Dulkine Ranasinghe 6/1, 6/0 in the quarter-final match. Saneshi also won the Girls’ Under-14 Doubles championship partnering with Inuki Jayaweera.
