These programmes are designed to continue Rainbow Institute’s mission to empower children, youth and adults with communication skills.

PHYSICAL CLASS ROOM
TRAINING RESUMED
While Rainbow Institute is successfully carrying out online training since March 2020, we also realize the need for personalized face to face training physically.
Research has revealed that while online training has benefits, physical training is more advantages. Physical training is more motivating and impactful for students. It results in more social interaction, requires less self- discipline and time management, necessitates the student to be focused in the class room environment, it is better for some subjects and it provides ample opportunity for practical skills development through fun learning activities. It also eliminates the technological breakdown of online communication.
Rainbow Institute is implementing all Covid 19 public health regulations. We have started very small group classes and individual coaching to ensure that students get the maximum out of their training. Our spacious and comfortable training center at No 30, Amarasekara Mawatha, Colombo, is well equipped and modified for the new normal.
For both our physical training in the class room and our online training, Rainbow Institute is using the latest interactive and participatory methodology, to ensure that the learning experience is enjoyable and impactful.

FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND ADULTS
The courses cater to children, youth and adults with diverse levels in communication and English skills.
We are currently enrolling students for the following small group classes: Public Speaking and Presentation skills for Adults, Business English, Communication Skills for Youth (personality development, leadership, public speaking and professional writing ) and Communication Skills for excellence for kids in new normal.
CORPORATE TRAINING
We also carry out training for groups of employees in organisations. This training is designed in collaboration with training departments to meet specific needs of organizations and meet training objectives.
FOR CONVENIENCE OF CLIENT
For those who opt for individual training on a one to one basis, a personal instructor will work closely with the student and conduct training according to times suited to client.
