Tea firm Ranfer gets into BPO ops
View(s):Ranfer, a well-known tea exporter with a global sourcing and marketing reach, has launched its latest business venture ‘LionPride’ as a business entity in the BPO service sector. LionPride services comprises a team of high end and hands on professionals in selected sectors.
This project is backed by years of hands-on professional indulgence evolved through the direct control and maintenance of activities not only within the Ranfer Group of companies but most notably the group’s overseas companies, the company said in a media release.
The Ranfer Group incorporated primarily to export tea as a main line business has now expanded to 14 companies with a diversified field of active trading. It enjoys the privilege of retaining a spectrum of global business corporates to whom they are enlisted as sourcing and service partners. Their activities through diversification cover other prominent areas such as export of branded products, spices, retail marketing, e-commerce, advertising and web site designing, travel and the leisure sector.
“LionPride BPO Services Team is competent to take up the entire burden of the back office functions of local and overseas companies and targeting services such as Digital Marketing, Business Process Improvement, Legal Process Outsourcing, Payroll Management, Bookkeeping, Finance and Accounting,” it said.
