Rotary Governor Ajith Weerasinghe recently launched the new website www.LittleMindsStrongValues.com as past president and chairman Rukshan Perera presented the three-year journey of Little Minds Strong Values (LMSV), a national project to inculcate ethics and values in children through video animated songs.
Spearheaded by composer, singer and Past President of the Rotary Club of Colombo Metropolitan, Rukshan Perera, “Little Minds Strong Values” uses music therapy with 20 Sinhala and 10 Tamil video animated songs with embedded values to inculcate ethics and values in children at an early age.Cleverly crafted video animations with children’s voices attract the child to the video, while the values embedded in the lyrics are inculcated in children every time they hear or sing the songs.
