Vistas of hope for ICT professionals
View(s):Auxx Me Network Pvt Ltd and POLYMATH College Pvt Ltd joined hands recently to provide the required knowledge to those who are interested in pursuing a career in information technology.
This project is carried out with the collaboration of the Skills Development Fund Ltd, an organisation that comes under the purview of the Ministry of Finance, according to officials at Auxx Me.
This joint venture will introduce a couple of courses which will support the students to become successful entrepreneurs by empowering them with all the necessary knowledge to market their creativity.
“To earn money you need to be a smart worker. Many do not wish to be entrepreneurs as the return on investment is too high. But anyone who follows one of these courses can earn an income more than what they could earn from a traditional job in the ICT industry in a very short time span if he/she uses ability and creativity in the correct direction with commitment and dedication,” said Madushka Dissanayaka, Chairman/CEO of Auxx Me. Speaking at an event where a partnership agreement was signed with Upali Gunasekara, Principal / Director of POLYMATH College. Mr. Dissanayake said that he hopes to prepare 1000 persons to achieve the highest standards in the ICT field and earn valuable foreign exchange to the country.
Mr. Dissanayaka is a pioneer in the digital entrepreneurship industry in Sri Lanka with more than 12 years’ experience in the field. He is one of the best content writers Sri Lanka has produced so far bringing lots of foreign exchange to the country. Recently he earned Rs. 3.6 million for an assignment which contained not more than 650 words.
