Nuwara Eliya pedro National scouts training camp which was renovated by the Sri Lanka Navy was handed over to the Sri Lanka scouts association yesterday.

The 80-year-old camp which extends over two and half acres was renovated for Rs 20 million and was completed by the Sri Lanka Navy.

The event was attended by Nuwara Eliya Mayor Chandanalal Karunaratna, Sri Lanka Scouts Association President Meril Gunasekara, Sri Lanka Scouts Chief Commissioner Milinda Peiris and executive members of the association.
