The Embassy of France in Sri Lanka continues its 2021 FOCUS series on sustainable development with a conference on ecological art on Tuesday, April 27 at 6 p.m. at Hatch Works (14 Sir Baron Jayatilaka Mawatha, Colombo 01). The event is free and accessible by registration.

For its second conference of 2021, the Embassy of France decided to engage with the subject of ecological art, presenting the works of artist Anoma Wijewardene. The panelists are:Shehara de Silva, founder of the Institute of Social Design (Ideaha), Anjali Watson, co-founder and managing trustee for the Wilderness & Wildlife Conservation Trust (WWCT) and Sunela Jayewardene, environmental architect and conservationist

The discussion will be moderated by Zaineb Akbarally, environmental scientist, conservationist and environmental educator.
