ANC Business Club Board Members Inauguration Ceremony for 2021
View(s):The inauguration ceremony of the ANC Business Club was a momentous occasion that celebrated the installation of the new Board Members of year 2021 and recognized the past Board Members for their tremendous contributions to the ANC community, society and vibrant student life that offer invaluable experiences that last a lifetime.
ANC Business Club is recognised as one of the most prestigious and thriving Student Clubs of ANC that has almost a 100 membership base and are actively involved in organising key events for the ANC Education student community; raising funds for charity events, discussing important and current topics via Webinars, contributing towards good deeds in the society and organizing fun events like Halloween Night, Karaoke, Open Mic and more at ANC.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mr. Manjeera Karunarathne, Assistant Academic Head of Programmes for Northwood University, U.S, who gave a wonderful speech that was uplifting and inspiring. The past Board Members of 2020 were awarded certificates of recognition for their accomplishments and for taking the ANC Business Club to greater heights. The entertainment by the Performing Arts Club of ANC added much excitement to the event and the official photographer made sure he captured all the important and memorable moments of the students.
The event was a great success and was well organised by the entire team of the Business Club committee. Special guests from ANC Student Affairs Team and all the ANC student clubs such as Rotaract Club, Charity Club, and Psychology Club and so on were invited for the event. Installation of the New Board Members for 2021 was a moment of pride as the President, Vice President, Club Treasurer, Event Planner and Club Secretary took on the leadership positions.
Shaneeza, the newly installed President of the ANC Business Club for 2021 says:
“I never hesitated to participate in all the student events of ANC and that’s what paved the way for me to be the first female President to lead this exclusive ANC Business Club. I would like to thank the past Board Members for nominating me and all the other members for electing me, without their support and the ANC team’s support it wouldn’t have been possible. I am so happy to get this opportunity. As our first project we are conducting a Webinar for World Autism day across all the social media channels.” – Shaneeza joined the Northwood University Degree Completion Programme majoring in International Business after A/Levels from Asian International School.
