L.I.F.T & MODART INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS SHOWCASE AT THE BEAUJOLAIS CELEBRATION 2021
View(s):Beaujolais 2021, the French wine event held at The Kingsbury Colombo, on the 27th of November, organised by Sri Lanka – France Business Council in partnership with the Embassy of France to Sri Lanka and the Maldives & MODART International as the fashion partner. The evening was celebrated over rich wines and glamorous fashion with the VIP guests and corporate sponsors; Noyon Lanka, CEVA Lanka, Air France & Free Lanka Trading, including Sri lankan airlines as the travel partner.
MODART International and LIFT fashion design students; Kalapali Hettiarachchii, Vishal de Silva, Angana Tissera, Dilani Gunasekara, Hasini Aththanayaka, Imasha Karunatilleke, Janaki Gunarathna, Nilukshika Karunakaran, Roylin Fernando, Sabieha Rehan, Sandali Kankanamge designed and modeled their own costumes based on “Vivid shades of Fuschia”. A valuable experience for our students, by participating in one of the most important French cultural event celebrated worldwide.
