COURSES OFFERED
Introduction to the fundamentals – these courses are for beginners entirely taught in English. The courses will span through two to three weeks based on the choice of learning from French Cuisine, French Pastry, French Bread Baking or Chocolate Making and confectionery.
Intensive Professional programmes are available in three areas such as FRENCH PASTRY , FRENCH CUISINE , FRENCH BREAD BAKING.
You can choose one of the above which will be of 4 months training, with an optional 3 months internship. These courses are for candidates who are convinced that a future in the culinary field is for them.
Advanced Professional Programme in FRENCH PASTRY for two months training with and optional internship of two months. This course is focused on culinary professionals who would like to specialise in French pastry.
Bachelor in culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship – Duration 3 years
Bachelor in food & beverage and hospitality management- Duration 3 years
