The Management Trainee Programme spans across 18 months and those selected will learn the functions of a world class corporate while gleaning a firm grasp on all aspects that are interlinked with fabric manufacturing. The trainees will receive comprehensive learning relating to; merchandising, planning, and procurement. Selected trainees will also receive a period of overseas exposure in Teejay Lanka’s other networking partners outside Sri Lanka.
The release said an ideal candidate should hold; a degree with a 1st or 2nd class in Textile Engineering/ Engineering/General Management/ Applied Sciences, be a good team player, a leader with a drive for learning, a proven achiever in extracurricular activities, and an excellent communicator.
