‘Marry Me’ now on screen
View(s):Hollywood romantic comedy ‘Marry Me’ starring Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson is now being screened in cinemas in and around Colombo.
Based on the graphic novel of the same name by Bobby Crosby, the film is directed by Kat Coiro, with a screenplay by John Rogers, Tami Sagher and Harper Dill. Others in the cast include Maluma, John Bradley, and Sarah Silverman.
Music superstars Kat Valdez and Bastian are getting married before a global audience of fans. But when Kat learns, seconds before her vows, that Bastian has been unfaithful, she decides to marry Charlie, a stranger in the crowd, instead.
Filming on October to November of 2019, the film was scheduled to be released on February 11, 2022, by Universal Pictures in theatres.
‘Marry Me’ is now being screened at a number of cinemas including Liberty by Scope Cinemas, Colombo City Center, PVR Colombo 2, Majestic Superior Cinema, KCC Kandy City Center and Regal Dematagoda.
