Thomian Class of 62-73 visit Alma Mater
View(s):The Thomian Class of 62 – 73 celebrated 60 years as a group with a celebration on January 22. Following a morning service at the Chapel of the Transfiguration, the Group handed over a cheque of Rs400,000 to the Sub-Warden in support of the Smart Board project.
The Group thereafter visited the boarding dining room for breakfast, after which they walked around reminiscing. They later gathered at the Old Thomians Swimming Club for fellowship and a discussion about their plans for the future. They formally elected a Committee to forge ahead and achieve their envisaged goals.

The organisers worked hard to make this re-union a successful reality, especially D J Amarasuriya, Sarada de Silva, Sunil Peiris, Asite Talwatte, Hiran Fernando and Eshanth Fernando. For the benefit of those who missed this event, the organisers arranged a fellowship via Zoom.
