Dansal amid Economic Crisis: Giving something with a good heart and kindness makes everyone blessed and happy
View(s):Organising Dansal during the Vesak and Poson religious festivals are popular among Sri Lankans. Econ trust by Mihin Jayawidu Liyanarachchi has organised a Komadu Dansal near Nugegoda Gamsabha junction area. He planned this with the support of his students. Mihin Jayawidu is the Exclusive Tuition Master who has started the Online Classes during the severe lockdowns due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But now he has started the physical classes near Colombo.
This Komadu Dansala has taken place until in the evenings and this is a very momentous moment since he has organised this amid severe Economic Crisis in Sri Lanka. All the past pupils and students of Economic Trust have participated and cooperate with this.
This was one of the best opportunities to the students to get together after severe lockdown periods due to the pandemic. Mihin Liyanarachchi is the sir who has suffered a lot from this pandemic since the tuition fees were his only earnings. But he has never failed, since once the lockdown started from March 15, 2019; from the 20th onwards, he made a plan to continue their teaching via WhatsApp, telegram, and YouTube groups first. He was such a committed tuition master as we can say since he devoted his knowledge and commitment to the students while eating only samaposha during the lockdown period, because of the closures of shops and supermarkets. These are some examples of the kind-hearted teachers in Sri Lanka and the way they dedicatedly taught during the pandemic. All the classes being conducted free of charge by him was a significant moment in this entire education system.
