Dr W M Karunadasa, former Senior Professor of International Relations and History, University of Colombo, ex-diplomat, former Commissioner of National Housing, and presently practicing as a lawyer of the Supreme Court, launched his latest academic publication entitled ‘Nobendibawa, Madyasthabawa Saha Nobendi Vyaparaya’ (Non-Alignment, Neutrality and Non-Aligned Movement) by presenting the first copy of the book to Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister Dr Wijedasa Rajapaksa.
