Exploring the art of Mixology

The hospitality management students organized an intensive mixology workshop on the 26th of August at the campus premises. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Kavinda Rankothdevella, the Manager Training and Development, Galadari Hotel. Mr. Ranlothdevella who has taken Galadari to heights in Cocktail and Flaring, shared his knowledge with the students through a practical study of mixology.
Workshops such as this, enable the students to excel in their studies, and have a cutting edge as they transfer for degree completion to Swinburne.
