Lankan students receive full scholarships to Chinese universities

An award ceremony to grant scholarships from the Chinese government was held at the Chinese Cultural Centre in Colombo 07 recently.
Chinese Ambassador Qi Zhenhong and Education Minister Susil Premajayantha took part in the event. Full scholarships for 18
Sri Lankan students to study in renowned Chinese universities were handed over. The recipients consisted of one Phd holder,
ten graduates and seven undergraduates.
