Two Police teams have been deployed to investigate the break in at the residence of Nishantha Wickremasinghe, Chairman of SriLankan Airlines, which was robbed recently, Police spokesman Ajith Rohana said.
The Police said robbers had broken into the house when the family had been away for two days. The robbers have taken cash and valuables amounting to more than Rs 8 million.
A complaint was lodged at the Mount Lavinia police station on June 8.
