The ‘World Dance Council Asian Amateur League Ranking Championships’ organised by ‘Rhythm World’ was held on July 8, 2012 at the Galadari Hotel.
The event was held in association with ‘Sri Lanka Tourism’ Apart from the leading dance schools in Sri Lanka, many couples from countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Italy, India, Hong Kong, United Kingdom competed at the event.
A panel of Professional Adjudicators licensed by the World Dance Council from countries such as Holland, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong were invited to judge the event as well.
