An imposing marquee had been set up in the beautifully illuminated garden, where the huge trees had been decorated to create a fairyland appearance. The marquee was itself elegantly done with its supports swathed in yards of yellow net, mingled with yellow roses and trailing ivy. The colour scheme was entirely co-ordinated in silver and yellow. The bride was radiant in a gold embossed saree draped in Kandyan style.
