Micro
Cars Ltd, the first Sri Lankan company to design, develop
and manufacture the first ever Sri Lankan car and van, has
begun commercial production.The first few vehicles were
presented to Colombo Mayor Prassana Gunawardene at a ceremony
in Colombo last week. Picture shows Micro's car and van
which are expected to be priced at around Rs. 350,000 and
