Juniors win two games
Royal College under-12 cricketers playing in the Schools' Div. III
tournament posted two wins. The Reid Avenue school did well to outplay
Christ King College, Ja ela, by an innings and 80 runs.
Royal electing
to bat first made 200 for 7 dec. The visitors in reply were bowled
out for 71 runs. Following on they fared no better, being bowled
out for 49 runs.
This match was played at Reid Avenue.

Royal playing
their second match also at Reid Av. won the toss and invited Science
College to bat. The visitors made 113 in the first innings. The
match was keenly contested. Royal made 155 to earn a hard fought
first innings win.
