Ranjan on Star Parade
Ranjan Jayathilake, ‘A’ graded artiste of the SLBC will be featured on popular ‘Star Parade’ on Sunday at 1.00 pm. This programme, one of the popular radio programmes of Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation is a presentation of Bevil Palihawadana.

Ranjan is also a popular singer who has around 50-60 songs to his credit.
His latest CD Ruwan ‘Nodana Helabima’ is a tribute to late Gunadasa Kapuge.
Ranjan has two original CDs and audios released earlier. He is attached to the Police Service and he worked as a playback singer in 67 films.

“I am the only police officer to stage a ‘one man show’ at Town Hall in ’87, he said. He is a gifted ‘finger print’ officer in the service attached to the Bandaranaike International Airport.
