Keells software for Dialog kiosk
John Keells Computer Services has implemented a kiosk-based trilingual software solution for the Dialog GSM mobile telecommunication service provider. The software solution will power Dialog GSM's new self-help kiosks that use touch screen technology to enable customers to directly access a wide range of its services.

The solution ensures seamless integration with Dialog GSM's existing systems to provide a common interface for various operations such as services and billing which would help enhance its customer service interfaces.

The first of these self-service kiosk-based systems was launched at the Dialog Customer Service Centre at Odel Unlimited recently with more installations to be made available at consumer centres in and around Colombo in the near future.
