Nihal
on Star Parade
Nihal Fernando, the one man band, now known as ‘Music-Agrate’
will be featured on ‘Stars on Parade’ on Sunday, October
26 at 1.00 p.m. over SLBC airwaves.
Nihal will do
two cover versions and one original called ‘The Grand Finale’
which he composed for last year’s “Golden Clef Awards”
song of the year category.
“More of You” of Bellamy Bros, and ‘Annies Song’
of John Denver are the cover versions he plans to sing at the programme.
Nihal handles all his music and sings oldies and current hits both
English and Sinhala. Nihal is the I.P.P. of Moratuwa Arts Forum
and called his band ‘NiRo’ formerly. ‘Stars on
Parade’ is produced by Nalin de Silva and presented by Bevil
Palihawadena.
