The
first Sri Lankan soap for Sirasa TV
Leading media house of India ‘Radaan’ enters Sri Lanka
to produce the first mega Sinhala soap (Tele drama) with Sri Lankans
stars. Strategicaly ‘Radaan’ is going to work in the
Sri Lankan soil as a joint venture with Maharaja’s Talent
Factory.
‘Radaan’
is to produce the first locally made daily soap, which is to be
televised from Monday to Friday. on Sirasa TV. Indian media house
‘Radaan’ will be operating here with R. Radikaa as the
creative head, who has acted in over 300 films and with the experience
of 25 years in the film industry.
This first
Sinhala mega soap project will be headed by M.R. Mohan Ratha, Managing
Director of Indian ‘Radaan’ media works Limited., R.
Radikaa is an old girl of Holy Family Convent while M.R. Mohan Ratha
an old boy of St. Peter’s makes this joint venture more significant. |
