Asia celebrates Chinese New Year
The Long Feng Chinese restaurant at the Trans Asia Hotel will be
serving a special a-la-carte menu for lunch and dinner from January
22 to 27 to coincide with the Chinese New Year, which was celebrated
on January 22.
Diners
can savor Deep fired chicken wings stuffed with minced cuttle fish
served as an appetizer and have double cooked sharks’ fin
with seafood wanton soup. The main course offers a choice of seafood
delicacies such as braised prawns with vegetable in black pepper
sauce to saiteed crab with butter and garlic or pan fired seer with
spicy tomato sauce.
With
a comprehensive a-la-carte menu which offers the diners at the Long
Feng restaurant a variety of authentic Szechwan and Cantonese delicacies
will be prepared by master Chinese Chef Bu Ziao Jun.
