STF arrests Tigers moving ammo in East
The STF yesterday arrested seven LTTE cadres and a civilian driver, transporting ammunition at a checkpoint along the Akkaraipattu-Potuvil main road.

The LTTE cadres were heading to the Pothuvil area in a Canter truck when they were detected.

The LTTE cadres and the civilian driver were handed over to the Akkaraipattu police who were questioning them last night. The Sri Lanka Monitoring mission has been informed about the incident.
