Elvis commemoration on SLBC
This year marks the 28th death anniversary of Elvis Presley. In the Elvis week from August 10 to 18, fans all over the world are having special events to commemorate the death anniversary of this legendary singer.

SLBC has scheduled a special programme on Sunday, August 15 at 12.00 noon till 1.15 p.m. It is presented by that veteran radio and TV personality, Bevil Palihawadana in association with the local Elvis Presley Fan Club managed by Jayaratne Perera.

The programme will feature Sri Lankan musical personalities alongside sentiments expressed by the ardent fans of the late King of Rock and Roll.
