The new traffic arrangement on Galle Road and Duplication
Road, which was to be tried out on Poya day (September 28), was
postponed due to bad weather, according to a senior police officer.
It was rescheduled for today but there was no confirmation if this
would go ahead either. Looks like it is not only cricket that gets
postponed by bad weather. |
