Grenade hurled at LTTE office
Unidentified men lobbed a hand grenade at the LTTE office in Periya Kallar last night killing one person, Police said.

The person killed was a woman who supplies food to the LTTE office in the area. Two persons who arrived on a motorcycle had flung the grenade and escaped.

On Friday, another LTTE political office in Weeramunai, Kalmunai came under attack. Three LTTE cadres were injured and one of them was said to be critical.
