Angeline Myrese Ondaatjie has been appointed joint managing director of Tangerine Beach Hotels Ltd and Royal Palm Beach Hotels, the companies announced to the Colombo Stock Exchange.

In separate announcements, Taj Lanka Hotels said Lakshman Ekanayake has resigned as a director while The Fortress Resorts Ltd has announced that D.J. de S. Wijeyeratne has resigned as a director of the company.

Pan Asia Banking Corporation has announced the resignation of N. Pushparaja and Vernon Cooray as directors of the bank.
