No flights to Mumbai till tomorrow
All SriLankan airline flights operating from Colombo to Mumbai have been suspended until tomorrow due to the heavy floods there, an airline spokesperson said last night.

All cancelled flights will be rescheduled thereafter, she said.
The Sunday Times learns that other airlines operating from Colombo to Mumbai had suspended their flights in view of the heavy floods over the past few days.Some of the flights due to land in Mumbai were also diverted to Colombo due to the floods.

Reports from India said that some of the airports were affected by the floods and were closed down for several hours.
