CBK meets Ranil
President Chandrika Kumaratunga and Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe had an un-scheduled meeting last night at the official residence of the late Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar when the two came to pay their respects to the slain Minister.

The two leaders exchanged views on the prevailing security situation, events leading to the assassination of the late Mr. Kadirgamar, and arrangements for his state funeral tomorrow.
