Pro-LTTEer seeking re-election in Norway
A pro-LTTE Tamil is running as a candidate at the Norwegian Parliamentary elections next month.

Yogurajha Balasingham is contesting from Arbeiderpartiet (Labour) party, one of the largest parties in Norway. He was elected to the Oslo Parliament in 2003 and has openly declared he was a supporter of the LTTE.

His election to parliament was, however, marred with allegations of irregularities. Complaints regarding these irregularities are said to have been ignored by his party.
